General Terms and Condition of Sale

Exchange Policy 

  • No refunds will be processed for any product.

  • Due to health and safety protocols, no exchanges or refunds will be made on any Lip Glaze or Lip Liner purchases.

Stylish Frames Repair 

  • SOCIALITE is limited in repairs to Stylish Frames by replacing missing screws only. Broken temples (side arms), lens, scratched lens, nose pad arms or broken bridges are considered damaged and will not be repaired.

  • All returned packages for repair must be shipped through a traceable shipping company such as USPS, UPS, Fed Ex or other Insured shipping company.

  • Please include a copy of your Paypal receipt/Invoice/Email confirmation/Square/CC receipt in the return shipping package.

  • Please be sure to keep record of your return tracking number in case the package is lost.

  • There are NO exchanges on special orders.

Shipping Policy

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • There is a 7-10 day turn-around on orders so shipping times vary depending on the turn-around time and availability of merchandise.

  • Packages are only shipped via USPS

  • A flat rate of $7.00 for shipping will be calculated automatically when placing an order.

  • Expected time of delivery 5 to 7 business days. No guarantee of time is provided and is subject to change based on USPS delivery times.

  • Tracking confirmation is covered in rate.
